6:45pm: Kristen and I just got home from the NICU and the grocery store and we are cooking dinner, drinking some wine (and whiskey... well, I am at least) and hunkering down for the evening. It seems that I brought the snow with me from DC as Atlanta is getting snow right now. It is unbelievable... we are actually getting more than a dusting like we normally get. Looks like we are supposed to get 2 to 5 inches depending on the report you read. The Olympic opening ceremony is on tonight so we will probably turn that on and have a relaxing evening.

We had a somewhat short visit with Reid today as we were unsure of what the weather was going to do. I was afraid of a Friday rush hour on snow, so we headed out about 4:30. Kristen gave Reid a bath today and we delivered his new wubbanub frog pacifier that came in the mail today. His monkey one came home with us for a trip to the washing machine. Reid seems to have had a pretty quiet day... so all is well on this end. I will leave you with some pictures from this afternoon and some pictures of the snow.

Oh... by the way... his CO2 was a little higher today - 62.

Mom and Dad: if you are reading this tonight on your last night of your Caribbean vacation... tomorrow is going to be a rude awakening when you leave 80 degree weather and return to snow. :)
